This team had 20 members who performed 17 evangelistic outreaches and held 2 evening services. The Gospel was preached to 1,802 people and 317 put their faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. This was my first time to have the opportunity to travel to a 3rd world country so it was a slight culture shock, but once we got to the camp and started meeting all the people from King’s Castle and seeing there faithfulness not only to God but His call of the Great Commission I started to wonder what God had in store for my life. My goal that I set before leaving for El Salvador was that 2 children would get saved. Well, to say the least, my goal was quite met and a little more with 317 children coming to Christ. Personally I have learned so much from El Salvador. Things like leadership, evengelism, battling spiritual warfare, the Holy Spirit, and just how to always follow what the Lord has for your life. I had never even considered becoming a missionary before El Salvador, but now it is most definately a possibility! It’s funny sometimes how the Lord works. Thank you King’s Castle Ministry for helping me to explore more of who God really is.
